Creating my custom VobSub subtitles

I have a SUB subtitle here. The problem is that I have a lot of info to puto on the screen and using normal subtitles is not good cause it is limited.
My movie with SUB subtitle is showing that:

And I´d like to create my VobSub (that is like images) to show that:

http://termostato.no-ip.com/images_externas/frame2_vobsub.jpg

There is a way?

that's for srt. Dead easy to convert sub to srt :)
