Does CCE-SP have option called "Advanced Adaptive GOP StructureTM" (which we can find in Xtream version)?
I'm not sure, but I noticed in a Bitrate Viewer, that in material encoded with CCE-SP gop length is changeable (when I used MainConcept encoder gop length was constant).
