How do i add subs to a multi pgc dvd

I want to add subs to a futurama dvd (5 episodes on 1 disk), but the movie hase more then 1 pgc, i know how to rip them so that i get 5 sepperate m2v files.

But there is no programm to mux 5 different pgc's to 1 vob.

Does someone know how to do this. one thing i want to keep the original menu, and i want to keep it to one dvd.

-make 5 new movies (5 vobs).
-join vobs(clips) with vobedit.
-vobedit creates a new vobid for each vob.
-select "create ifo" in ifoedit ,select the option "create pgc for each VobId".
-the new created ifo en vobs contains 5 pgc.
-copy the vobs into your dvd en use ifoupdate for the ifo reconstruction.
