Hi-
im trying to mux a subtitle track (english for japanese audio) from The Last Samurai into an ogm container with an audio track. i know there are quite a few issues with subs like these (kill bill etc) but from what i can find, thats only for forcing them to be shown in software dvd players. my problem is that they are not in sync with the video.
i OCR the subs from the vobs using SubRip and i get a file like this:

but when i mux (using nic's OggMux) they are completely off when played with Zoomplayer, BSPlayer etc. i have muxed subtitles in star wars episode II and other movies in the same way and they are all ok - so is it the sub or the .srt file or something else? any1 done this title before?
