I had the same today watching a movie I authored with ReJig. The subs i added were not very good at first. I thought it could be due to subs overlapping each other, but that's gues-work. Hitting the subs-button on my remote brought them back though. So I'm not sure if ReJig is caussing this problem.
Hope this helps a bit.

DVD-Lab (last RC4) is very good at making subs;) and it works for 30 days:)
No doubt I'll buy it (price will be ok)when final will appear:D

I have the same problem, too.I use the voedit to edit vob file and find that rejig has miscounted the start-time(pts) of the disappeared subtitles. it pads several 'ff' bytes preceding the normal time frame field cause the start time of the subtitle becomes to a very huge number and never been played.
I can manually fix the miscounted time framem, but it is very annoying and time consumming, hope the next release of rejig could fix this bug.

It has no option to add new subs to the subs already on dvd.

All subs DVDLab makes must be supplied as txt (srt). This means all subs must be converted first.
The NTSC bug has been fixed in latest Ifoedit, U may try that proggy
