How to add a subtitle (.sub/.srt) to a VCD/SVCD

Maby this question already has been answered in this forum but I can't find the answer. I woud be very happy if someone told me how to add a subtitle to a VCD/SVCD movie. If this question already has been answerd I ask you to send me the link to the page.
