Hi...
For several year using a lot of good subtitle tools, like Subtitle Workshop, Sub Station Alpha and many, many others, I found some professional tools that can handle this job too.
Well, I really never tried such programs, because they are very expensive and we need to buy before to test them.
So, I can't say if they are good or which are the best features that they have...
The programs are located at the following addresses below:

There are a lot of kind os programs that handle with subtitles and dubbing in those sites.
Just explore the sites and you will find all of them.
If someone have had any opportunitty to test those programs and could share your comments, opinions, etc about them, I will really apreciate.
My main doubt is: what kind of features that programs have "diferent", in comparsion with the others that we generally find in the internet ?
Those programs are professional. So, they must have a kind of things, very powerful features(I guess) that make them so special and sophisticated. And I really wanna know what are they... :cool:
