View Full Version : Subtitles ripped from a DVD with nasty IFO files

Hi from Europe. As you probably already know a new kind of DVD protection has come (I found it for the first time while backing up my copy of “The Passion of The Christ” DVD). Some DVDs are published with nasty IFO files that caused problems during decryption. The new release of DVDDecrypter (Thanks Lightening UK for this great software!) solves the problem and avoids the Access violation errors caused by this protection.
Now the problem is that when you use the decrypted VOB/IFO files to rip the subtitles with VobSub you get a lot of header errors. You can skip them all but finally the IDX/SUB files will be completely out of sync. (this also occurs with audio steams).
Am I the only one who had such errors?
Is there any workaround?
Thx in advance.
