I cant see the subs on this movie I just got. In the Cd1 folder are 2 .bup files, 2 .ifo files and 4 .vob files. I can play the movie in Windows media fine but I dont know how to get the subs to work. I downloaded Gordian.Knot.Codec.Pack.1.7 and vobsub. I want to play the movie in windows media but if there is another player that I have to get I suppose I'll have to do that.

Hi. Step by step... Do you have the 2 ifos, 2 bups and 4 Vobs in ONE CD?
I think that is kind of impossible, however, I supposed you have a DVD.
Try to use another player like WinDVD or PowerDVD then you are going to see the subs without problems.
Greetings! :)

This is truly wierd. May not be so simple after all. After i downloaded that codec pack the entire movie folder was copied...somehow. Regardless, now i have an .avi movie file and an .idx and a .sub file in a seperate folder than the .vob files and stuff.

And yeah, all the .vob files in the other folder are 0 bytes. So you can prety much forget them. I hope the files i mentioned above will help somehow.
