joining 2 subs using vobsub joiner doesn't work

i need to join 2 vobsub in to 1
so i run the vobsub Joiner
the sub file combine but the the idx doesn't join,
it is just a copy of input 2

is this a bug that no one report cause
this utils is sedom use or how do i make it
work?
