Subtitle convertion

I demux'ed a subtitle and found out i didn't know how to convert it to a .srt subtitle without having the annoying codes too, if any one knows how to convert it please reply. ^^

looks like a srt format subtitle with codes to me, but i have no idea how to convert it without the codes.

nvm, tried demux'ing with a different program and it came out in normal ssa format. should have tried it before i posted. sorry for the inconvience.
