TheMatrixx Tutorial for adding SUBS ... HELP ME !!!!

Hi there,

I've followed TheMatrixx tutorial to replace english subs with spanish subs. After 2 days reading and trying I finally got a DVD that, in the computer (PowerDVD) shows spanish subtitles but in the stand alone, it shows English Subtitles...I don't get it.

Someone here with the same problem?, has anyone solved this problem before?...could you please help me?

If U followed the guide U can't do anything else.
Some stand alone are very picky and won't show subs.
U could try though, changing the appearence of the subs to match the english ones, patching at least the first vob and the ifo of the movie with subremap. In other words, open ur ifo and repatch it with original colors from original ifo (u may use ifoedit for that) and repatch vob's colors with subremap. Burn a RW so U won't throw ur work away.
I do repatch the sup file before I mux and I repatch the ifo afterwards.
Another shot would be keeping the movie alone after muxing with ifoedit if PAL or Rejig if NTSC and patching the ifo as above.
If ur stand alone shows the subs from the original dvd U got a chance to see ur new subs this way.
