Red colored subtites!!!

I am not sure what is going on but here is the problem.
The original movie has white or transparent subs and the authored dvd has red colored subs. is there something that i should be doing in IFOUpdate.

I am following the guide in DVD to 1 DVD-R DISC (RoBa original big three guide). I have set the parameters in the guide as I see them but the settings on IFOUpdate are not seen because the pictures showing the settings are not appearing.

Can someone please tell me where the problem lies. When I run IFOUpdate, I select "Update IFO" and then when the program says i click the "Correct VTS Sectors" as required and thats it. I have the default settings on IFOUpdate since I do not know what to set.

If you want to transform your red subtiles in white back, you can use SupRemap. Open the IFO in SupRemap and set the colours like in this picture: http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/1892/SupRemap.jpg
Than save the IFO.
