ReJIg Vs. Ifoedit

could someone please explain to me why it is possible to make the subtiltes work in rejig but if i try to do it in ifoedit it doesnt work is it due to someproblem in win xp ?? cant figure it out

I don't know Rejig well, but which kind of problem do you have with IfoEdit?

okay i go from the start


1. ripping with dvd derypter
2. demux with vobedit
3. I use sub workshop to make the time right
4. srt2sup make the colours and save it as sup
5. ifoedit to author

i can see the subs in ifoplay but not in power dvd or stand alone player i dont know if it could be to any good to send the ifo file to you maybe you can see something out of it

Well, there are at least two posiblilities, it's depends of what you are doing.
First of all, after you remux the files with IfoEdit, you will get a packet of ifos, bups and vobs. Of course, you can open the main ifo file with IfoEdit and take a look of the subs. But if you try to see the movie with subtitles directly from your HD, you have to select a special option in Power DVD (I know that this option exist, but I don't exactly how it calls, I personaly use WinDVD) otherwise, you will be not able to see any subs. (You will see them if you burn the DVD).
If that thing I have mentioned is right, the problem could be something else:
Take a look in the main IFO file at the PCI, where you edit the colors, the ratio values of every subtitle stream. Here is a table:
