Italic characters

Is there a way to have Italic characters in DVD Maestro subtitles?

How are you importing them? If you are using .stl files, put "^I" around the text to toggle italics on and off (i.e. ^Ithis^I is italicized).

If you're using MaestroSBT to convert from SSA format to .son, put {\i1} before and {\i0} after (i.e. {\i1}this{\i0} is italicized).
