I ripped some subtitles but now i can't open them

I ripped the subtitles off a dvd with dvd-decrypter 3.2.1.0 (ifo --> stream-processing --> demux) and it gave me a .sub- and a .srm-file. Now i want to open them with Subrip to convert them to .srt --> Bad Packet Header at LBA X. Subresync can't open the file either. What did I do wrong?

i don't know if your way is supposed to work or not. but mine always worked so far: use IFO processing nistead of stream processing in DVD decrypter. you will get .VOBs with all the streams packed in one file. then open the also created .IFO with subrip.
