Problem ripping subtitle from a multiple documentary DVD

I have a DVD with some documentary on it all included in the same set of vob, now I want to rip the subtitle, but even if DVD2AVI can build different project, vobsub rip the subtitle only of the first documentary, how could I rip the other.

Is it possible to use the DVD2AVI project to rip the subtitle of a specific part of the series of documentary?

It's probably not the best way, but if you're completely stuck, try using VobEdit to split the VOBs by Vob ID of even by Cell ID. Then rip the subtitles from each file separately. Or maybe you could just rip the subpicture stream from the entire titleset in VobEdit.
