Excel subtitle conversion

I've DLed a subtitile in excel format from the newsgroup, how to convert it into srt/ssa so I can load it directly with VobSub?

e.g.

Frame Rate 29.97

Time_in Time_out Duration Frame_in Frame_out Sub
00:00:53.620 00:00:55.589 00:00:01.969 1607 1666 All set.
00:00:55.956 00:00:58.959 00:00:03.003 1677 1767 Hitomi, how's the party down there?

1. Type "1" in G1

2. Type "=1+G1" in G2

3. DragCopy G2 all the way down to the end of your subs.

4. Paste this mess into H1: "=G1 & CHAR(13) & CHAR(10) & LEFT(A1,8)&","&RIGHT(A1,3) &" --> " & LEFT(B1,8)&","&RIGHT(B1,3) & CHAR(13) & CHAR(10) & F1 & CHAR(13) & CHAR(10)"

5. DragCopy H1 all the way down to the end of your subs.

6. Copy column H into notepad (you'll have to get rid of those quotes yourself with a search/replace)

7. Save as SRT.
