everything is ok .... but the problem that faced me is:
i divided each line in the text file to 2 lines according to what i want but this program did not accept it ........
it link it back to be one line which i do not want
i tried to change the options but i did not find the one responsible for that......
also some lines like this:
- where are you?
- i am here.

it must aligned to be like that but it did not do that,
it aligned it to be central .... so when i change the alignement
to right the sub shifted to right side of the screen........
what i have to do?

No Answer untill now...... no problem
i found how to do that......
if you open the ssa file in sub station alpha or any text editor like
notepad..... u wiil find in this type of subtitles that between any two lines there is this sympole \n or \N.......which mean new line
but the difference is \N will force any program using this subtitle to split the line into two lines at this point while \n is optional.

so to make MaestroSBT split the line automatically at the point u deside not as it want, when ever you find \n change it to \N....
that is all........

1st of, i dont do picture subtitles, so i speak without any knowledge or experience

but i read many people here talk about palette problems in picture subs for DVD authoring and i imagine it could also be your picture has the text in the color indicated as transparent.
This will not be visible in normal graphic software for obvious reason (it doesnt care if another program interprets a solid color as transparent)

you might want to a) search for palette problem or mismatch or similar keywords, there are recent threads about it and b) i think these settings are in the IFO file, you might want to have a look at it
