What is the best program to convert subtitles to the FAB format (to use in Adobe Encore DVD)?

Encore's pretty new, so I don't think one exists yet...

Submax has an option to save as
txt (fab subtitler) dunno if it works though

Subtitle Workshop 2.02 (http://urusoft.co.nr), released just today, includes support for this format. Download it and tell me if it works, it's freeware!.
