i know that my question is some how :D
but i am tired of that... the problem is:
i have two subtitle files one eng (synch) and the sec is another language (not synch).....
how i can take only the time code from the first one and put it in the second one if both have same number of lines.....
is that possible by any software or method.....

you must do it manually.......deleting the english lines and placing the other language lines istead of.....one hell of a job but it can be done.
I use this method making my own language subs for reg 1 movies.
I extract the english subs and overwrite the english text with my own language. I have grand children able to read but not old enough to understand english and Walt Disney movies may be bought cheapper than reg2 movies long before they are available as reg 2.
I don't know the construction since EU stated by low no firm should be able to import reg 1 movies but as a matter of fact there is a firm in my country, able to deliver reg 1 movies legally and they are far cheapper to buy also (3-4 Euro less).
Most stand alone today are able to play NTSC dvds and most TVs are "multi". I have both:D

You can easily do that using Subtitle Workshop (http://urusoft.co.nr), either by taking the times from the right file or using first/last times to synchronize with a linear algorythm.
