I'm trying to locate SubAdjuster v 1.41 by fr0d0. It's not in Doom9's full software page.

Any ideas where it can be downloaded? Thanks.

I wanted the SubAdjuster 1.41 (by fr0d0) because there is a guide in Doom9 on that, written by fr0d0 himself, where he does not mention where we can get the program.

Yes, I've heard that Sutitle Workshop is a good program. I'll certainly follow your suggestion.

I tried using Subtitle Workshop (which has many interesting functions), but there's some points bothering me (since v2), at least when I'm dealing with SRT files generated by SubRip. but, in fact, it the only format I use by now :p
- with a text writen on several lines, if a line has an italic tag, all lines become tagged.
- if I choose not to "work with tags", all tags are removed from text. I'd rather let tags as regular text (like in v1, when tags where not supported).
- "illegal" subtitle is removed/corrected. I'd rather let the subtitle text AND times as is. I have subtitles with just a number as text. such subtitles are removed without notice. moreover, it seems I can't have several subtitles sharing the same interval of time or have subtitle #127 (for instance) be displayed BEFORE #126 (or #125, etc...)
to sum up, I'd like to be asked if a subtitle or a group of subtitles needs to be "corrected"
would it be possible ?

The "tags" problem is already in the to-do for a future version.

For this I'll have to rewrite the reading engine, and so it won't be possible in the 2.x series but on the 3.x series. Development of version 3 hasn't started yet (I don't have enough time).

Ahh... searching for subadjuster with google gived some 5 hits - all on different language doom9 sites :D . Of course nowhere is link.

Conclusion: forget this program, if it would be real good, it could be found on lot of places.

SubAdjust 1.56 is quite useful, but it has also problem with tag coversion (not surprising, it's implemented later than program is made).
