time-delaying all subs?

Is it possible to delay the subtitles? I have a srt file that is ~0.2 seconds too quick.

edit: I found subadjust (stupid me), but it doesn't do anything...I've tried all the options. The guide in the main page is for the command line version, and the enclosed documentation doesn't address my issue (or I'm not reading it properly)....

if its srt, SubRip is your program :)

load the srt, then menu corrections->time correction
this window should have what you need

no you wouldn't have to :D

on the top left are two buttons one with changing "VOB/DVD" on it and the second in turquoise with some scribble lines. The second one is to open a srt directly

however..you did it, thats the important thing..some mouse clicks too much don't matter :)
