Subtitle Removal?

How do I remove subtitles from a movie encoded with them?

This one is really tough. As far as I know there is no software which would be able to do that :rolleyes:

FYI, there is a logo removal plugin for DScaler ... it works but the results are far from perfect and I am afraid that with subtitles it would be even worse :(
