Is there a program for converting SSA to SRT?

I have some subtitles that I ripped from some VOBS via Subrip, now I KNOW that you can simply save it to srt, but I was editing them in SSA..now I need to convert them to SRT...is there a way to?

Ok the program works, but A) It removes all my editing from the SSA file =\..which kinda takes away the point.

B) it adds big black blocks around them

and C) I can't seem to redo my editing via that program, there is no way to change font, size, etc.... >.<

That is because SRT format doesn't support styles, there is no way you can keep your SSA styles in a SRT file.
BTW what are those "big black boxes"? SW only converts a text file into another text file! So this is pretty impossible. If you have problems with any "boxes" it is most likely due to your player or whatever.

these big black box r characters that your chosen font doesn't support. Try changing it.
