Covert avi + srt --> mpeg w/ subtitle.

Hi all,

I'm new to subtitling.

I have a avi file and a srt subtitle file. I installed SubVob so the subtitle file work well with the avi file when I watch them on Media Player. I normally use TMPGEnc to convert avi file to mpeg. How can I convert them to mpeg file with a permenent subtitle?

VobSub has plugin named Textsub for such purpose.
Set it in V Dub, check is OK, and then frameserve to TMPGenc. (If don't know about frameserving read guides about...)
You can do it with AVISynth too, so will be little faster.
