subs timing issue first half correct rest isnt (srt)

I have this movie where the first half of the subs are completely correct time. Then around 45 minutes into it the subs switch back to 0:0:0,0 and I dont want to mannually change them all there's 870 subs in the file :S.

In subrip there is a check box that u should tick and is used when there is a reset in timecode in the middle of a vob. This should fix your problem.
