I am unable to find a page that provides detailed explanations for the different parts of the "Filter: VobSub" window that appears when you click (in GKnot) Subtitles > VobSub step 1 > Configure. How do the four color buttons above "Open" work? What does 'Transparency' mean here? How do you use 'X' 'Y' 'Align' and 'Scale' ? What do the big squares on the right - the smaller one in red when you Open a sub-file - mean? I suspect it's mostly about how the subs LOOK and are POSITIONED - but I can't figure out anything more.
I am really sorry if I sound dumb (I am not at all a pro like many of you are) - I really searched but coudn't find explanations for those things.
Will any of you write a detailed guide and publish in Doom9 or point out one that has all the information? Thanks.
