(VobSub 2.23) getting .sub with 0 Bytes?

Hey,

i am using VobSub 2.23 to get the subtitles from
'The Godfather Collection, Disc3, PAL'.

As always I have ripped the VOBs with DVD-Decrypter 3.1.6.0, no problems.
I startup VobSub, select the .ifo-File.
Finding the key is really fast (~4sec), tells me ready.
But then it shows every subtitle-stream as 'Not detected'.
When I save this, I get a very small (~7kb) .idx and a 0 (zero) byte .sub, which is of course not working.

I dont know where the error might be, I used the same setup/versions
for other DVDs, Godfather Disc2 was working well, why isnt Disc3?
