What for a format of subtitles SPC?

I use the program ImgTool 0.99.2 for MUX. In a field of a choice subtitles the program requests a file with expansion SPC. What it for a format, can who knows except for the author?

Hi. I guess spc is the subtitle format required by your authoring program (DVDJunior requires it too). If you have your subtitles in any other format you should convert them to spc. If you cannot find the suitable converter in dooms's subtitle section, MAKE one!!! :)
By the way are you familiar with Microsoft Word? Provided your subtitle file is text-based, you can open it with Word, click Control-F and substitute the proper characters! (All changes in one step I promise. hm ... ok no more than three anyway). e.g. the line
00:00:05:25,00:00:08:20,come here (stl subtitle format) should look like
00:00:05:25&00:00:08:20#come here (spc subtitle format).
To do it, configure "find and replace" subwindow so as to find "digit digit comma digit digit", change temporarily e.g. the colour and replace the coloured comma (anywhere in document) with &. Then in a similar way substitute the #. The whole process takes seconds. Believe me.
Note. Looking at Subrip 1.15 output formats I think the closest format to spc, thus more easily converted to it by word is stl.
Time for practice with word now. Who knows you may need it some day. :)
