Help With Subtitles (Scenerist)

I'm tring to add subtitles to my dvd copy. I have followed the mulit pgc guide from this board. Everything is fine untill i try to encode and i get this
Info Encoding subpicture .\VTS_01_VSUB_P1_01_0001.bmp
Error Can't open image file(.\VTS_01_VSUB_P1_01_0001.bmp)
Info Encoding subpicture .\VTS_01_VSUB_P2_01_0001.bmp
Error Can't open image file(.\VTS_01_VSUB_P2_01_0001.bmp)

Anyideas?

Try to edit your .sst file and set full path to your .BMP files directory (by default directory path in .SST file is set to current directory by entering ".") That means, you have to look for entry "Directory ." in .sst file and make it look like "Directory C:\Subtitle\English".
