Hi everybody:

Does someone know, which one is the best software for conversion of subtitles framerate? I have 25 FPS subtitles and I would like to convert them to 23.976 FPS. I tried a lot of programs, but without any good result.

I'm using CVS Studio (http://www.freewebz.com/cvstudio/) but should be possible with many other sub tools

There is a lot of programs which can do it. Test and choose yourself. It's trivial operation.
