've found a solution but I don't know if it interests to anybody
It is very hard, but, anyway, I show to you all:
1.-Extract with your Vob2sub
2.- put correct header for Philips (create any file from Subrip and keep header that lacks in Winsubmux-vob2sub format)
3.- pass to *.srt with submax
4.- create *.son with subrip
5.- Generate Vob files with Maestro
6.- Open subrip and read vob files and extract subtitles in text mode
7.- save it as *.stl format
8.- Create film with subtitles in mAestro again, now the last time
9.- Be happy as I am know but, please, try to find some other easier way and share it as we all do.
Best regards
