The VobSub is not showing the subtitles in .idx+.sub format. Other formats (.ssa, srt, ...) are all fine. I've tried to align the position, change color,... nothing worked. Whatelse do I need to do? (I have VobSub 2.23.)

I also had that problem with VobSub 2.23 and movie Signs.

I deleted the .IFO file and dvobsub didn't load, put back the .IFO file and all is ok.

Cannot explain why for some files the .IFo is required and others not.

I also report it missing the last 6 sec of subtitles but no one has reply. Gabest probably don't check in often.

Thank you for your answer.

But, all of my idx.+.sub subtitles do not have .IFO. Do you, or anyone, got other ways? Any help is appriciated.

How did you rip the subs? Also can you load them into SubResync and see if it displays your subs?

Hi,

Check if you don't have negatime times in the .idx file, vobsub will not show them.

If yes, then uncheck box start time from 0, then rerip from vobs

Or

append a DELAY command in the idx file

Thank you for replying.

@Schultz: I downloaded those subtitles. I was able to converte the .idx+.sub to .SRT format, so the .idx+.sub subtitle should be good. The VobSub won't show any subtitle in .idx+.sub format, not only a particular one.

@cbwarz: There is no negative time times in the .idx files. I added the delay command, still not working.
