chinese subs/meteor garden

Has anyone actually gotten to get the subs to work on this? For the life of me I can't figure out how. Tried vobsub, no subs in movie. Searched through forums. Didn't find an answer. Is there a special way for these chinese characters for vobsub. I tried SubRip also, but I wasn't too sure how to get in chinese characters since I don't have chinese input.

Can anyone help me get subs off this particular DVD?

it is possible to get chinese subs to work. I am using WInXP with asian language fonts installed. there are chinese fonts selectable when if type words.
If yours is a DVD , use Subrip to rip out the subs, but you have to type it out in chinese, and takes hell lot of time.

if yours is VCD, yiu have to do the manual way of reading the subtitles and typing it out in "subcreator"
