SubRip initial time wrong

Hi,

I'm getting subtitles from 1 to 5 seconds delayed.
It's like SubRip can't find the initial time and then all
subtitles get delayed ;(

Anyone can help please?

I have to manually correct the "initial" time and
then "move" all subtitles time.

Initial time is set to: 0
