It's in alpha stage currently but it has been developed quite intensively. The only thing missing is a subtitler plugin:(

I agree with you. Thats the last thing I need for my SVCD's with 2.5 (and maybe simpleresize).

No, I won't release any until it becomes possible to host avisynth 1.x and 2.x plugins in one dll. It wouldn't require more than 10 lines of code, but maybe avisynth developers are busy with something else right now.
