Changing subtitle colors in subviwer microdvd format

Does anyone knows what is the principle to define colors in *.sub files?
For example {c:$005191D0}display text in orange, and {c:$2E11C5}- in red ...
but how to define other colors?!?
Any ideas?:confused:

The format use 3 color components (range 0..255) in hexadecimal format:
{c:$bbggrr}
bb : blue
gg : green
rr : red
