Hi...
I was just trying to encode "The Hunt for Red October" (PAL2, EN101312, Original DVD Title is "Jagd auf Roter Oktober").
As the film has several scenes that are spoken in russian (i guess... [?]) I wanted to include the german subtitles. The whole thing was meant to be a DivX5.02 in an OGG container (VORBIS for audio compression). Well, as I searched for some of the subtitles in the movie (just for checking them) I realized that from some point on they were like 3 or 4 seconds asynch to video&audio. That delay seemed to have come suddenly, so it was not that the sub stream was kinda stretched, but rather "paused" somewhere during playback for 4 seconds...
Does anyone know what to do? I've ripped the DVD according to D9's DivX5/GKnot Guide with SmartRipper 2.40...
Thanks for any help...
