the new version of the ogg subtitle filter are still having the ratio bug

if you playback material that are higher than 4:3 and you have set the ratio size to 4:3 (default) the bottom of the pictures are cut away and are being redrawn in top making flicker.

this is because the filter only adjust the heigth to be corresponding to the width and are thereby shorten the picture where as it instead should have add'ed width to the picture to make it 4:3 ratio.

Same bug here :
I have a 720x288 video with subtitles.
With Ratio set to 4:3, the window is resized to 720x540, but the video is vertically shrinked (by 2), and subtitles are half shown (one part in the bottom and the other part in the top of the picture).

To "partially solve" this I had to set ratio to 720:288, and use 10% for distance between bottom of picture and subtitles.

I got mine right by messing with the aspect ratio in the subtitle properties. It had an odd one because of the cropping I did in Gknot, but if you get close enough and put a good enough distance, they'll show right.

This is a pain though. It would be better if aspect ratio was automatically detected. The look also needs work too. They still aren't anti-aliased as in dvobsub. Getting better though.
