cannot see subs when loaded with bs-player

Hi folks,
I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. I made my *.sub file with Vobsub. When I display the movie with bs-player I choose "load subtitle", I can choose my *.sub file but nothing happens. Did I forget anything before I use the file??
If I use *.srt with subrip there are any problems!

Hello...

You should have your .idx/.sub files in the same folder with your avi file. The name should be the same for all these files - something like this:

mymovie.avi
mymovie.sub
mymovie.idx

Then in DirectVobSub configure choose 'load when needed' or 'always load'. When watching avi there should be green arrow on system tray and you will be able to watch your subtitles in bsplayer or windows media player.

You can compress your .sub file with rar and delete .sub afterwards - you will save some space...
