Non permanent Subtitles? how?

I am sure anywhere in the forum, there is a solution. But I didn't find one!

I tried Winsubmux and I think it would be o.k., but what kind of .sub file do I need... there are many subtitle formats with the ending .sub

Or another question:
How do I create non-prermanent subtitles for a SVCD??? (Did doom9 write a guide?)

You're looking for MaestroSBT and SSA (you can use vobsub for anything>SSA conversion)

Doom9 also had a guide called "Multiple audio tracks in a SVCD and subtitles" but he used I-Auhor which I don't have. Is there another (freeware) solution?

winsubmux muxes the bitmap .sub file into the stream, MaestroSBT creates it from SSA script

Subresync can also export idx/sub into a winsubmux compatible .sub format.
