How to get rid of pernament subs

I have a small problem , and I have no idea if this could be something someone could help me.
I have some movies which I got from my friend with pernament subs. These movies are tvrips capture from Digital satelite,
what I'm trying to do is to erase subs. they are vey anoyig.
Is it possible to do that?, if it is how?, does anybody come a cross with this problem before?

Sorry, on a movie with permanent subs, the subs is part of the pictures that make opp the movie. The only way you can remove it woud be to croup away the botton part of the movie, and then. reencode the video.
