Hi :)
Please, make an experiment:
Rip subs to .sub file with VobSub and convert it to .srt file with SubRip two times:
- With “Ignore IFO when IDX present” option DISABLED, and
- With “Ignore IFO when IDX present” option ENABLED.
There is a difference in subs timings!
Example:
Option ENABLED:
1
00:00:07,160 --> 00:00:09,799
<i>(PA) Unscheduled incoming traveller.</i>
2
00:00:14,680 --> 00:00:16,477
There's no one scheduled.
3
00:00:16,600 --> 00:00:19,068
- Did you get an iris code?
- Yes, sir. From SG-1.
4
00:00:23,640 --> 00:00:25,119
Hi. How are you?
Option DISABLED:
1
00:00:07,440 --> 00:00:10,079
<i>(PA) Unscheduled incoming traveller.</i>
2
00:00:14,960 --> 00:00:16,757
There's no one scheduled.
3
00:00:16,880 --> 00:00:19,348
- Did you get an iris code?
- Yes, sir. From SG-1.
4
00:00:23,920 --> 00:00:25,399
Hi. How are you?
Any idea?
VobSub or SubRip is wrong?
SubRip 1.03
VobSub 2.16
Bye.
