Bug in Vobsub 2.18, Gabest fix please :)

Thanks for adding the AVI information dialog into Submux, but now I seem to have a different problem with the latest version (2.18). I just installed it and tried playing some of my videos which use SSA for the subtitles. Vobsub doesn't seem to parse the style information, its just plain text that pops up. So I went into the DVobsub config panel and hit the manual style config button. Changing the values in there also does not affect the style at all. Shadows and Outlines aren't working (Their boxes were checked). Another weird thing is with another video, the fontsize is set to 36, yet the subtitles look like it's size 5, really tiny text. I dropped down back to Vobsub 2.16 and everything is OK again.

Well I tried changing a few more things, the outline and shadow DO work, it seems that Vobsub 2.16 and Vobsub 2.18 handle them very differently. My SSA file that had an outline of 1 and a shadow of 2 now has to be changed to an outline of 3 and a shadow of 4 to match (Or get close) to what Vobsub 2.16 showed.

I also figured out why the text in that other video I had was so tiny. Apparently if you leave the style name to "Default" the text ends up small. I changed the Style name to "Blah" and it followed the fontsize I gave it.

Hm, to me the "Default" styles are keeping their values in dvobsub, but the outline and shadow depth are really not good. I had to change them scaled to the output picture size (like every other parameters are already), because I needed it to generate similary looking mipmap levels in MPC for texturing the subtitles, and somehow I forget to set it back for the other dlls (btw, there is no mipmaping in the release version of MPC, I rather regenerate the textures every time the picture size changes, since it looks better that way :)).
