Radlight subtitle format?

Hi,
I've downloaded the spanish subtitles for the movie Jason-x from www.divxsubtitles.net

I tryied to use divxg400 and ffdshow to diplay subtitles but none of them worked, also i tryied to open the .sub file with subresync to change the format (hoping that subresync would auto-detect this format) and it doesn't load it at all ... :(

Here's the beginning of the . sub file :
