Non Standard Subtitle

Hi forum,

I've found non-standard subtitle which come from
InfiniFilm (New Cinema Home Entertainment), such as :
15 Minutes, Rush Hour 2, etc.

It is close captioned subtitle (Line 21) which I can't rip
the subtitle using the SubRip.

Anyone could help me how to grab the close captioned
subtitles ?
