Dunno if it's been answered before...

Is it possible to OCR the DVD subs into any format (SAMI?) and still keep the original DVD overlay images formatting, position and layout of the subs?

If so; how?

The Subrip 1.0 will retain: italics,bold,underline, not sure position.
try this and first check that the output is .ssa!
