playing DirectVobSub on different location

How can I view directVobSub subtitles (idx+sub) of a movie without them beeing in the same directory as the AVI file ?

I don't have DVobSub installed here on this computer but there is a registry key that you can add folders for directvobsub to search inside to look for sub files.. if you look in the docs folder of the vobsub install it should tell you which key does this.. Once i get home i can post the registry keys with the values in it if you want..
