If u want to join several audio streams (more than 2) and subtitles, u should use a OGM container, that can contain as many subtitles and audio streams as u want (or your hd :) ).
U have all the information about OGM in the guides of Doom9 or in the New A/V forum.
Suerte!

What you need
Subrip 1.00b
http://zuggy.wz.cz/
Oggmux
http://roeder.goe.net/%7Ekoepi/
OggDS & Ogg Subtitle Filter
http://tobias.everwicked.com/
Rip your subtitles with SubRip from the vobs to txt-files. Works with an ocr, so it needs a little bit of user-interaction.
Then just install both ogg filters, they are required by oggmux.
Then just run oggmux, add all files you want to mux and set the langauges.
Playback is working in BSPlayer, Zoomplayer, WMP 6.4, NOT IN WMP 7 or 8 & MicroDVD Player. For choosing the language and subtitle you have to right-click in the player and choose language (WMP 6.4) BTW, you can also add chapters, just use Smartripper for ripping (info-file enabled) or use chapter-extractor (http://christophe.paris.free.fr/main.php3?Apps=ChapterXtractor)
I would suggest to compress your ac3s into ogg vorbis (use besweet), files are smaller & have same quality (even 5.1!), you will not be able to use 3 ac3-streams on one CD (TOO BIG)
Any more questions?

And I want 2 make a DVD not a CD... and play it on a standalone player... so this is the reason I want AC3 audio... :)

you want a real DVD or a CD containing DVD-files?
If you want a real DVD & have a DVD-writer, just use DVDDecrypter.:p
For using several audio-&sub-streams you should use a DVD-authoring-tool! But then you are wrong here, go to the DVD-authoring-section of thif forum.
